SENIOR SESSIONS:

I love senior and grad photography sessions!

Originally in December, my sister Brooklyn and my dad flew to Cuyahoga Falls so I could take her senior portraits and creative birthday photos. But, of course, being in Ohio, It was cold out so we couldn't go outside; therefore, we did a graduate studio session in my house.  We planned to take more senior photos when the weather warmed up more.

Last month in March, I flew to California to take senior photos for Brooklyn and her boyfriend, Carter. For years, I had been dying to shoot at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego, so we all drove down and spent an entire Saturday there. The rocks were gorgeous and surpassed my expectations- it was stunning! We spent the entire Saturday there sightseeing and taking pictures. We had an entire itinerary planned for the day, such as dropping by La Jolla (it's been years since I've seen the seals), but we decided to stay the day at the Cliffs. Thankfully, my other two sisters (Paris and London) came as well. They were able to help me scout locations and hold my photography gear, as well as Brooklyn and Carter's senior items.

TIP: Bring items that define YOU. For senior photoshoots, it's always a great idea to bring your favorite objects or items of importance. In Brooklyn's case, she brought her graduate cap and gown and we ran around the beach while I shot photos. In Carter's case, he played on the football and baseball teams at his high school. He brought his football, some gear, and his letterman jacket. Some of the baseball items he brought were his baseball, mitt, and glove. We were able to shoot these photos with him and these memorabilia.
